Terms and Conditions

  • Client must be 101% sure before contacting the artist.

  • No rush orders or strict deadlines. Commissions may be completed one (1) week to one (1) month from the day it was started depending on the artist's availability.

  • The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission request.

  • For personal use only. Clients may not resell the art work, claim it as their own, or use it for any commercial purposes.

  • The artist retains the rights to the work and may use it for promotional purposes. If the client wishes to keep the commissioned piece unpublished, please inform the artist.

  • Commission prices are for digital goods only, but clients may print the commissioned artwork for their personal use at their own expense. Clients are free to repost the artwork and/or to use them as account pictures online provided that proper attribution to the artist is given.

  • Physical add-ons are for non-commercial use only.

  • Both parties' personal information, if exchanged for business transaction purposes, must not be shared with any third party.

  • All commissioned works may not be used for any purposes related, directly or indirectly, to NFTs and cryptocurrencies.

  • By requesting a commission, clients confirm that they understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Commission Process

  1. Contact me about the details of your request.

  2. Once the request is accepted, provide clear instructions (e.g. pose, mood, expression, etc.) and submit all necessary reference materials.

  3. Pay the invoice (50% of the commission fee) and wait for me to get back to you with the draft.

  4. Check the draft. You may request up to two revisions for free, after which you will be charged an additional $2 per revision.

  5. Once the draft is approved, pay the remainder of the commission fee.

  6. Work will proceed after payment confirmation. You will receive Work in Progress (WIP) updates at every major stage of the creation process (e.g. lineart, base color, pre-final depending on commission type). Note that the artist may skip an update (e.g. from sketch directly to base color, skipping the lineart update) to hasten delivery.

  7. Changes to the artwork will inevitably happen along the way, and the WIPs may differ slightly from the initial draft (e.g. composition, anatomy) as the artist figures out the best way to illustrate the subject. These artist-initiated changes are free and will be communicated to the client.

  8. Check the pre-final image. You may request up to two minor revisions (e.g. hue, saturation, brightness) before it is finalized.

  9. Receive finished artwork via email.
